1.1 General
These general booking terms and conditions are applicable to all transactions between SAS EMPH all non-commercial guests.
Depending on the product or service being bought, various conditions apply.
SAS provides:
- Hotel services that are not part of a package
- Packages, as defined by article 2 of the law of 13 July 1992
These general terms and conditions and the special conditions that apply according to the product or service being bought form an integral part of the booking contract.

1.2. Capacity
All clients of SAS EPMH state that they have legal capacity to enter into a contract under the conditions described below in these terms and conditions, that is to say that they are of full legal age and are not subject to guardianship or any other official supervision.
All clients of SAS EMPH state that they have taken note of the present terms and conditions before having made their reservation. Therefore, the making of their reservation implies that the client agrees to abide by the general and special terms and conditions of SAS EPMH and accepts, without exception, all of the clauses contained therein.

1.3 Pricing

All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
Specific prices:
Prices are subject to specific variations, such as supplements for single rooms or discounts for children, and are therefore given only as a guide. If a modification needs to be made to the charge, we will inform you of this before confirming your reservation.

1.4 Method of payment
SAS EMPH mainly accepts the cards of the networks Carte Bleue, American Express, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard.
Cheques are accepted only when presented with identification at the time of payment at the hotel, and for the payment of deposits and down payments. Cash is only accepted for payments made in person at the hotel.
We do not accept traveller’s cheques.

1.5 Force Majeure
Force Majeure is defined as any event beyond the control of the parties that is both unforeseen and insurmountable and that prevents either the client, the traveller, or the agency / service provider involved in the journey from performing all or any part of the obligations set out in the contract.
It is expressly agreed that the foregoing shall apply amongst other things to strikes by transport workers or hotel staff, insurgency, riot and any kind of prohibition imposed by the Government or public authorities.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the execution of their reciprocal obligations.
At the same time, each of the parties shall bear all costs for which they are liable and which result from any case of force majeure. Consequently, travellers will be solely responsible for additional costs that may be incurred in order to allow them to continue their journey following events constituting force majeure.

1.6 Data Protection
Pursuant to the French Data Protection Law 78-17, clients are warned that their reservation involves the storage of their personal information on a database. Any right of access or of rectification guaranteed by law shall be exercised against SAS EPMH at its principal office.

1.7 Claims
All claims must be sent to SAS EMPH by recorded delivery within 30 days of returning from the trip to which the claim refers.

1.8 General Hotel Rules
Occupation of Rooms:
As is common in the international hotel industry, guests may check in any time after 3pm and must check out before midday on the day of departure. Any delay in vacating the room will be charged as an extra night.

2.1 Special Conditions
Preliminary Offer
The preliminary offer mentioned in the law of 13 July 1992 consists of the information given on the site, as well as any provided by email and by these terms and conditions.

2.2 Services included in the package
Only the services specifically mentioned in the order form or reservation form are part of the package

2.3 Conditions of reservation
To guarantee your reservation we ask you to provide your credit card number as well as its expiry date and the three-digit security code. This is simply a guarantee and is only used in the event of a failure to comply with the cancellation terms (article 2.4) or in the event of a “no show” on the day you are due to arrive at the hotel.

2.4 Cancellation of the reservation on the part of the client
All cancellations must be sent to SAS EPMH by fax or by mail. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your planned stay at the hotel. The date of receipt of the fax or mail will be the date recorded for the cancellation. Failure to comply with this timeframe will be considered by SAS EMPH as a request for cancellation that does not respect the conditions specified herein. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: at least 72 hours prior to arrival – no charge.
Less than 72 hours prior to arrival: the full amount must be paid.

3.1 Wifi network
This service is free and is strictly reserved for our guests. Speed and availability of the network is not guaranteed and depends on the equipment being used by the client.  SAS EMPH will not configure or carry out any maintenance on the client’s computer and is not responsible for any technical problems, viruses or loss or data following use of the Wifi network.
